To make it easier to explore holographic design with the HoloLens I worked with Portland Creative Coders Ben Purdy and Reid Blomquist to create some "plumbing" for the Art Hack day Oregon Story Board hosted in June 2016.
This video demonstrates this "plumbing" streaming mesh data from Unity (running on a Mac/ OSX) to a HoloLens.
This plumbing allows creative coders to use their preferred OS (Mac/Linus/iOS/Android) and environment (Processing, Unity, Three.js) to create holographic content. We built "connectors" from the environments to node to HoloLens.
